Senior Strategy Consultant

Ready to drive the next big evolution in digital marketing?  Working as a lead strategist for Monetate’s Strategy and Insight team will put you on the front lines for transforming digital businesses.  You will be responsible for building and delivering experience marketing and personalization programs to our world-class roster of clients. You will be a key member of the services team, driving engagement models and delivering additional value to our client base.   Customer experience and personalization should run through your veins and delivering customer success in your DNA.  Fundamentally you thrive in pushing your clients and the platform capabilities to their limits, developing new programs and concepts that will define business as usual in the future.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize and deliver actionable, insightful analysis on our Clients’ largest opportunities to deploy the Monetate platform for business impact.
  • Establish and maintain advisory relationships with our Clients’ executive-level decision makers.
  • Provide focused, high-impact recommendations for our Clients’ personalization programs.
  • Translate insights into best practices that are shared internally (and globally) among the Monetate teams as well as externally with our clients.
  • Participate in the build-out and scaling of our Strategic insights engine.
  • Manage a book of business ensuring strategic clarity with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Travel up to 35%.

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to derive, package, and communicate concise insights from large datasets.
  • Strong executive presence and business maturity. Comfort facilitating business-relevant discussion and insights with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and deliver program recommendations with Enterprise SaaS clients.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects over multiple clients.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with optimization and targeting techniques commonly employed by marketers.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (GA, Sitecatalyst, Coremetrics, etc), customer experience, relationship marketing mobile and omni-channel programs are a plus.
  • Outcomes-driven toward measurable business results for our clients.
  • Self-starter who errors on the side of action over indecision.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years Consulting or enterprise SaaS experience. Expertise in marketing technology stacks or retail e-commerce is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation packaging and delivery skills, with resonance toward executive-level decision makers.
  • Advanced Excel and slideware skills (Powerpoint, Keynote). Experience working with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, Domo or similar are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA is a plus.
