WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A DIGITAL CONSULTANT:

Monetate is seeking a smart, talented and relentlessly client-focused Digital Consultant who will work with the world’s best brands, helping them formulate their personalisation strategies and delivering engaging experiences that drive great business results. Digital Consultants help clients design, implement & support digital marketing initiatives across the Monetate platform.

Digital Consultants focus on delivering innovative experiences to support the client program plan, ensuring they are empowered to use Monetate effectively while aligning with the clients’ key marketing initiatives. The Digital Consultant is responsible for managing projects and tasks as part of the larger program plan.

  • Collaborate with our Client Success, Strategy and Support teams to provide the best possible service to our clients.
  • Develop and maintain tactical plans for experiences to support larger strategic plans.
  • Assist clients in building prioritised marketing campaigns within the Monetate platform
  • Deliver Monetate platform training to clients
  • Provide troubleshooting support for marketing campaigns within the Monetate platform
  • Assist clients with interpreting analytical results within the platform
  • Manage internal stakeholder and external client expectations on projects and timelines.
  • Develop and share “Best Practices” to clients
  • Collaborate with Client Success team members to prepare for quarterly business reviews.
  • Assist the client in understanding how they can apply new product features and enhancements to align with their business goals
  • Provide client roadmap support
  • Document and record all completed project work

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years in retail eCommerce
  • Some technical knowledge including HTML, CSS and a knowledge of JavaScript
  • Ability to manage multiple open projects with varying degrees of complexity and business priority
  • Significant experience in working with personalisation, segmentation and CRO strategies
  • Strong experience using software to personalise, optimise and a/b or MVT test
  • Ability to translate high-level, strategic program plans into specific business tactics
  • Proven success managing and delivering against a timeline and project plan
  • Ability to align marketing tactics with larger initiatives
  • Proficiency in Keynote, MS Office and project management tools (JIRA preferred)
  • Strong project management skills and the drive to achieve business results
  • Proven success working within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to think analytically and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to creatively solve problems
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • Some travel may be required

  • Prior client-facing experience.
  • Ability to speak German
  • Experience with web analytics and tracking tools
